PDF is a Soft copy of any scaned Notes or image or books. when we scaned the book are any hard copy notes the file is saved as a .pdf extension sometimes we need to convert into HTML for uploading or Blogging purpuse we can direct conver the PDF FILE to HTML.

1. Open Start Menu >> Run and type system32 and press Ok
2. now copy the extracted executable of this program named pdftohtml.exe in this folder.
